A Pennsylvania native who grew up in Conshohocken, he knows Montgomery, Bucks, and Philadelphia counties street by street. He works across purchase, refinance, and investment property financing, including conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, renovation, and USDA.

What to expect

A short form, then a call. Tell Lance what you are trying to do. No Social Security number and no pay stubs at this stage. Lance calls back, usually the same business day.
